We all know what it's like - you go to work and you work hard. You have your routine you follow from day to day. That's very common - to get so used to doing a job or task that you sometimes forget to stop and truly reflect on what it is you actually do.
We are extremely lucky. Lately we have had an outpouring of our customers sending us photographs of our service dog vests and working dog gear out there in the "real world" - getting used. This is what our mission is. This is what we do.
It's a humbling reminder to us that each and every service dog vest we send out always has to surpass expected quality. It has to be made to the absolute best of our ability. It has to be an extension of us which will continue to serve our customer for a long time to come. This is what we do.
It's a reminder that each and every component must be the best. It must hold up to the rigors of every day life. It must withstand all that the service dog, or working dog, goes through each day - it is, in essence, a uniform. A testament of the job this dog completes with vigor and heart. This is who we serve.
We are proud. Not in an arrogant way. We are proud in the most humble of ways. Proud to play an integral part in the lives of those with service dogs. Proud to help and assist with true quality. And when we receive photos of our gear hard at work, it serves as a reminder that this is what we do.
Keep the photos coming, please. And thank you to those who have shared. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Thank you for reminding us each day that This is what we do!
